The person in charge of construction of the unit project shall be responsible for the safety technology of high-altitude construction of the project, and establish the corresponding responsibility system. Before construction, safety technology education and disclosure shall be carried out step by step, and all safety technical measures and personal protective equipment shall be implemented. Construction shall not be carried out without implementation.
1. Facilities and equipment in high-altitude construction must be checked before construction to confirm that they are in good condition before they can be put into use.
2. Climbing and hanging construction personnel must pass professional technical training and professional examinations, hold a certificate, and must undergo regular physical examination.
3. When defects and hidden dangers are found in the safety technical facilities of high-altitude construction in the construction of steel structure, they must be solved in time; Construction must be stopped when personal safety is endangered.
(4) Steel structure construction site with the possibility of falling objects should be removed or fixed first.
5. When high-altitude construction is carried out on rainy days, reliable anti-slip, anti-cold and anti-freezing measures must be taken. Water, ice, frost and snow should be removed in time.
(6) For high-altitude construction of high-rise buildings, lightning protection facilities should be set up in advance, in case of strong winds of more than 6, thick fog and other bad weather, shall not be carried out open-air climbing and suspended high-altitude construction. After snowstorms and typhoon rainstorms, safety facilities for high-altitude construction should be checked one by one, and problems should be immediately repaired and improved.
7. Before lifting the steel structure, the safety protection facilities should be inspected and accepted, and the high-altitude construction can be carried out after the acceptance is qualified.
